Apogee Symphony Desktop

The Apogee Symphony Desktop is a desktop interface that builds on the legacy of Apogee's Symphony rack-mount interfaces, creating a compact tool for recording and mastering. The interface includes a responsive and clear touch screen and large encoder. It features on-board DSP processing and zero-latency plugin workflow with print, monitor, and dual path link options to suit a wide variety of needs. And of course, the Symphony Desktop inherited the cutting edge DA and AD conversion found in the rackmount Symphony products. It comes bundled with a selection of Apogee effects, including Symphony ECS Channel Strip plugin that includes EQ, compression, and saturation.

There are two combo XLR/TRS inputs with 75dB of gain that use Apogee's Advanced Stepped Gain Architecture and provides ultra-low noise and distortion-free signals. The Alloy Mic Preamp brings the sound of both British Solid State Class-A preamps as well as 1950s American tube preamps using a hybrid digital/analog configuration to ensure optimal sound quality. In addition, there's an ultra-high impedance FET input designed with guitars in mind and takes on the character of a tube amp.

Audio is output on the two fully balanced TRS outputs. On both the front and back you'll find assignable headphone outputs, one on 1/4" and one on 3.5mm jack. Whether you want to record high-quality audio or run processor heavy plugins, the Symphony Desktop has you covered in a small and convenient package.
