Veritas delivers support to Appliance customers who have a valid Support Agreement in effect for Appliance and Software, and are using the Appliance in a Supported Configuration. Any on-site support for Appliances is only provided once Veritas determines that an on-site response is required, including the delivery of applicable parts. Extended Appliance Support is not applicable to NetBackup Flex Scale. Additional Appliance support information is available on our Appliance Services page.
